DEFINITION:
Net financial flows are disbursements of loans and credits less repayments of principal. IMF is the International Monetary Fund. Nonconcessional lending is the credit provided by the IMF to its members, principally to meet their balance of payments needs. Data are in current U.S. dollars. Figures expressed per thousand population for the same year.
