“Unrecorded alcohol” is not taxed and is outside of governmental control. It includes alcohol that is homemade (legally or illegally), smuggled or obtained through cross-border shopping. - Smoking > Cigarettes per adult per year: This list compares the average annual consumption of cigarettes per adult in countries around the world. Ten european countries top the list, all located at the East of the continent, with the exception of Greece. Developed asian countries like China, South Korea and Japan also register high cigarette consumption, while Africa hosts the countries with less consumption.
