Definitions
- Cultural Diversity Index: The probability that two individuals selected at random from a country speak a very different language. A high score of close to 1 indicates that many unrelated languages are spoken. A score of close to 0 means that few languages are spoken, and / or that the spoken languages are similar to one another. For more information, please refer to Fearon (see citation).
- Destination countries of nationalities and ethnic groups > Armenians: Estimated amount of Armenians living in each country. Latin America is home to the most Armenians outside of Armenia, with an estimated population of 100,000. Europe has a population of about 70,000 Armenians.
- Destination countries of nationalities and ethnic groups > Greeks: Members of the Greek diaspora by country of residence. Whether a member of the diaspora is defined as a Greek citizen, by ancestry or by self-identification varies by country.
