Norway also invented most of the winter Olympic sports.
It wasn't until the early 90's when the IOC added diffrent
sports and nations. Norway's total are very skewed.

Croatia has 7 medals: 2002 (Salt Lake City 3 gold and 1 silver. 2006 (Torino) 1 gold 2 silver.

These counting do not include the stripped medals for using dope etc... That's why the totals are different, I dont think medals should count if the Olympian used substances anways. Keep that in mind.
