I'm looking in vain for a site that categorizes nations by how they fund health care - single-payer; two tier; mandated insurance; etc. (I'm actually not sure what the 'etc.' is - those are three ways of achieving universal health care).

Most countries have a combination of all the above. Still, especially now, it would be good to understand what the various schemes are.
